Even if you are not an employer directly hiring or training tradeswomen you can still be part of the solution! A #SWiTALLY is an organization that identifies barriers women face in skilled traders workplaces and addresses them through its policies and programs.
  • CAF-FCA wants to better understand the role colleges play in supplying Canada’s future skilled trades workforce. Colleges who become SWiT Allies will be asked to complete a voluntary survey after submitting this form.
